Tony Levoi Fuels Future Growth with New Apprentices
Here at Tony Levoi Romford, we are delighted to announce we have strengthened our aftersales team with the appointment of two bright new apprentices. The pair will now be able to gain valuable skills at our dealership to help kick-start their careers whilst studying for their qualifications.
Local lads Andrew Kerry and Lucas Ellsworth have joined the team this month and already hit the ground running, making a real positive impact. The pair stood out amongst a high level of applicants, landing themselves a place on the highly accredited Vauxhall Apprenticeship Programme.
Both Andrew and Lucas will receive hands-on experience in the aftersales department, which will allow them to connect with customers, whilst also learning the key aspects of maintaining the Vauxhall range. Tony Levoi has seen many apprentices rise up through the ranks and now they will follow in previous apprentices’ footsteps as they hone their skills over the three-year course.
General Manager, Geoff Champion, said: “We take great pride in offering apprenticeships to local motor enthusiasts. We recognise that the role of a Technician is a very specialist role, and our £20,000 investment per apprentice, over the three years, shows our dedication and drive to offer the best specialist training we can.
“We have a rich history of hiring apprentices as part of the Vauxhall scheme, and we plan to hire the duo full-time once they have completed the course to offer them longevity in a rewarding and exciting career.”
Aftersales Manager, Derek Maslen, added: “Andrew and Lucas are really enjoying life at Tony Levoi. In their short time here, they have both shown that they will go above and beyond for their team members and customers alike. The pair have really embraced the scheme and everything it has to offer apprentices, the company and customers as a whole.”
