ABOUT YOU

You have a back-round in retails sales (automotive preferred but not essential), an ability to work to targets and deadlines and deliver a class leading service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Gain knowledge of product range in terms of specification, price, customer benefits and regularly update knowledge.
  • Use a planned sales presentation
  • Develop and use a customer follow up and prospecting system.
  • Discuss financial requirements with all vehicles enquiries and sell finance, credit insurance, warranties, and any other service offered by the dealership.
  • Maintain adequate records of sales and ensure all administration is completed.
  • Carry out vehicle appraisal for all part exchanges using the appraisal record system.
  • Maintain good working relationships with staff in all departments, finance companies and customers

HOURS

Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm with 1 day off in the week. (this can be a Tues,Weds or Thurs)

You will be entered into a Sunday rota.

PAY

We offer an induction and training package for the first 6 months and guarantee a level of earning of up to £25,000 (subject to experience). You then revert to our industry competitive package of £15,000 basic, £2000 training and accreditation bonus plus a commission plan giving a on target earning of £35,000. This can be enhanced up to £50,000 for those delivering first class customer experience and sales performance.
