Vauxhall Becomes Official Automotive Partner of Team GB

We’re proud to share some exciting news from the world of Vauxhall. The brand has officially become the automotive partner of Team GB, supporting British athletes as they prepare for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games and the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

As a Vauxhall retailer, this partnership feels like a natural fit. It brings together two names that are part of everyday life in Britain, both built on heritage, resilience and a belief in supporting people on their journeys – whether that’s on the road or on the world stage

Supporting Team GB on the Road to Milano Cortina 2026 and LA 2028

Vauxhall will be working alongside Team GB as athletes train and compete across a wide range of sports, from figure skating and freestyle skiing to bobsleigh and curling. The next major milestone will be the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, taking place from 6th to 22nd February 2026, followed by the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

For us at Tony Le Voi, it’s inspiring to see a brand we represent backing the next generation of British sporting talent and playing a role in their preparations for these global events.

Built in Britain, Supporting British Communities

Vauxhall has been part of British motoring since 1903, when its first car was built in South London. More than 120 years on, it continues to manufacture vehicles in the UK, with its Ellesmere Port plant now standing as the country’s first EV-only volume manufacturing site. This factory currently produces models such as the Combo Electric Life and the Combo Electric van, helping to drive the UK’s transition to electric mobility.

With a nationwide network of retailers, including Tony Le Voi, Vauxhall remains focused on supporting real people, real journeys and real communities across Great Britain.

Leading the Way in Electric Cars and Vans

Vauxhall is now the UK’s first manufacturer to offer a fully electric version of every car and van in its line-up. Making electric driving accessible is a key priority, with all electric cars priced under £40,000.

One of the newest additions is the Frontera Electric family SUV, which starts from just £22,495 OTR (including the Electric Car Grant), making it one of the most affordable electric SUVs on the market and even lower in price than its equivalent hybrid model.

Making EV Charging Easier Across the UK

Through the Electric Streets of Britain campaign, Vauxhall is working with leading charging providers to help bring on-street EV charging to the 40% of UK households without off-road parking. A national database now allows drivers to register interest in having residential chargers installed in their area, with thousands of streets already signed up.

This commitment to accessibility and sustainability closely aligns with Team GB’s own ambitions for a more responsible future.

At Tony Le Voi, we’re proud to represent a brand that not only looks after everyday drivers but also supports Britain’s athletes as they prepare for the biggest sporting moments of their careers. We’ll be cheering Team GB on all the way to Milano Cortina 2026 and beyond.
